For me it was so sad cause I've learn to know this person,
and believe me she is very kind and a sweet person.
Her "fault" (if so it may be called),
was working with a magazine that deals with
to know new photographers, depicting artistic nudity.
She was only the managing director, so a person who only
express her opinion about which kind of picture to use,
but at least all decision are of the Editor as well as gains from the sale of copies or subscriptions.
he and his friends have done the life of C. a very hell here and around, try to destroying
her and treated her with contempt, he threaten her like shit as he also write on his journal
here on DA.
I contact the person who start to STALKing her here and around,
for asking him why he do so.
He reply to me to read his journal, so I do and this is what u can understand
reading it.
He take part to a contest from this mag, after have paid a subscription,
but he have not win. So now, that the mag is closing due to bankruptcy,
he ask to the managing director to compensate him.
So I sent him a note, trying to make him understand something,
that had to be clear also to a child, (but not to him and to him friends),
specially that the managing director, not have the possibility to conpensate none,
(she don't administers the money of the society) and the only way she had to reimburse
him is she give you the money personally (of his own pocket), and this is not the right thing.
I try to explain him that the only one who must to compensate him is the editor of CL Magazine.
After these days I see that for him all is come back to normal, and no matter if a innocent person
have had to abandoned her friends, her life here, no matter if have stepped on his dignity with outrageous offenses,
no matter if she was not guilty of any sin, no matter if is not the right person, no matter if she suffering for this
situation. He had his victory (a poor victory for me), she have lost all, also the freedom to stay with friends.
Sincerely I don't understand how this kind of person (who have all the right to be compensated of the money spend for the
subscription), can act in this way. First of all, there are place to talk of all of this,
there are lawyers that you can assume and ask them to recover your money, but DA is not the place to do so.
Is so sad to realize that our life in in the hand of certain people and how we let them to condition our lives.
DeviantArt should be a place to post photos, to share our art, to our passion for it, and our talent.
A sort of extended family, where to seek advice or help.
I refuse to believe that this site, is a place where offend, humiliate people, and
where to get summary justice. Why none say nothing of front of these things that have not to happen?
Now was the turn of UL, but tomorrow who will be the next victim
of this kind of person? Who's next in line to fall?
